Shake, Stir, Sip: Meet the New Summer Cocktails at Brighton Beach House

Summer at Brighton Beach House isn’t just a season — it’s a flavour. And this year, our summer flavour comes courtesy of Steph, front-of-house legend & boss, and the creative brain behind our brand-new Summer Cocktails Menu.

Steph has spent weeks behind the bar mixing, shaking, tweaking and (yes) taste-testing (with Donnas' not so helpful, help!) her way through endless combinations to create a lineup of cocktails that are fresh, bright, fun, and unapologetically BBH.

Some beloved favourites are staying, but the new creations? Let’s just say… we think you’re going to fall in love at first sip.

Returning Favourites (because you’d riot if we removed them)

Barista Meets Barman

NZ Quick Brown Fox liqueur meets vanilla vodka in our take on an espresso martini. Smooth, bold, and absolutely essential for any brunch-into-afternoon situation.

BH Bloody Mary

Vodka, Worcestershire, Tabasco, salt & pepper…Then crowned with a bacon, tomato and gherkin skewer — because we don’t do boring Bloody Marys here.

New Summer Creations by Steph

Curious Ruby

Ruby gin, lime, apple juice, ginger beer, and soda water.Bright, refreshing, with a cheeky zing — everything a summer afternoon should taste like.

Limoncello & Elderflower Spritz

A BBH twist on the Italian classic.Limoncello, elderflower liqueur, soda and Prosecco. Light, floral, and dangerously drinkable.

Colour-changing gin, grapefruit and lemon juice, lychee, and soda water.It looks stunning, tastes even better, and is guaranteed to impress your friends.

PB&G

Peanut butter whiskey, cranberry juice, lime, and ginger beer.Nutty, tangy, sweet, spicy — this one’s a whole experience and Scot's Fav!

Passion Pop

White rum, lime juice, passionfruit and soda.Summer in a glass. Fresh, fruity, completely irresistible.

Shanky’s Cinnamon Cider

Shanky’s Whip, lemon, honey, caramel syrup, topped with apple cider.Cosy meets refreshing. A dessert disguised as a drink.

BBH Summer Fizz

Lillet, rosé wine, lemonade and lemon juice.Light, bright, bubbly — your new go-to sundowner.
