Brioche Roll Stuffed with Preserved Lemon and Toasted Hazelnut MoussePaired with Haha Cuvee BrutThe evening begins with a delightful amuse-bouche. The creamy rich nose of the Haha Cuvee Brut, with hints of toast, hazelnut, and citrus, complements the brioche roll stuffed with preserved lemon and toasted hazelnut mousse.
