The Bubbles Were Flowing…

Our latest Collective Series dinner, held just last Saturday, was a celebration of indulgence and sparkle. A seven-course feast with each dish matched to a carefully selected sparkling wine from haha NZ sparkling to Prosecco and Pelorus , it was an evening where finesse met flavour and every course brought something new to the table.

Some of the standout dishes?

Roast Duck with Shiitake Dumplings – Rich, tender, and earthy, elevated with the perfect pop.
Our BBH Twist on KFC – Crispy, cheeky and loaded with spice, it found its fizzy match in a refreshing prosecco that cut through like a dream.
Prawn Donut with Caviar – A luxe little number, paired with a delicate prawn filling that made each bite sing.

The best part? Watching the room come alive with clinking glasses, flowing conversation, and that warm hum of people truly enjoying their evening. This is what a degustation should be — intimate, memorable, and a little bit magic.
