Setting the Stage: Collective Series 2023 Kicked Off
Our journey began with the "Co-Lab with The Juniper Collective" event, setting the stage for an incredible year. We explored great food like the ceviche with grapefruit salad and paired each dish with the finest gins, tonics and unique garnish alternatives to the lemon! It was a tantalizing glimpse of the culinary delights that awaited.
A Toast to Collective Series 3: All About the Bubbles
Collective Series 3 was all about bubbles – sparkling, effervescent, and utterly delightful. We celebrated the world of haha bubbles, prosecco, and sparkling wines. It was an evening filled with laughter, clinking glasses, and the joy of effervescence.
Collective Series 4: Art Event for a Cause
Our "Art Event" in Collective Series 4 was a unique fusion of creativity and charity. Not only did we savor exquisite nibbles and a few beverages, but we also raised funds for the Waimairi Surf Life Saving. It was a night of art, heart, and soul.
Collective Series 5: Whisky and Duck Dance
In Collective Series 5, we ventured into the world of whisky. We expertly paired Scape Grace Whisky with succulent orange roast duck pancakes. The marriage of flavors was nothing short of spectacular, showcasing the versatility of whisky in culinary pairings.
Collective Series 7: Prawn Benedict and Craft Beer
One of the standout moments from this year was in Collective Series 7 when we served prawn and quail egg benedict paired with a local produced Chin Chiller beer. The harmonious combination of flavors left our guests craving for more.
The Beginning: Our Co-Lab with The Juniper Collective
Our journey into the Collective Series started with a fantastic collaboration with our friends at The Juniper Collective. The Gin Dinner was a groundbreaking event that paved the way for a year of exquisite culinary experiences.
The Grand Finale: "The Best of the Best"
And now, as we approach the grand finale, "The Best of the Best" on December 1st, we're taking the best of our 2023 adventures to create an unforgettable celebration. Imagine a 7-course feast, masterfully paired with the finest drinks from our journey. It's the culmination of a year of culinary exploration and camaraderie, featuring live music and an after-dinner free flow package is available to addon.
